The old e-commerce presented low performance and as a result a low conversion rate. The layout wasn't in consonance with the functionalities so the pages didn't achieve the results needed and its full potential offered by the platform.
We've redesigned all the layout based on studies and data, adding new functionalities that would accelarete the purchase process. The solution also included better performance, significantly increased conversion, accessibility, and easy navigation.
The challenge was to meet the deadline, which was 30 days. That meant redesigning all the layout and building all functionalities in a really short time.
During all the execution of the project, an Art Director, Project Manager and two programmers accompanied all stages to achieve 100 %. After completion, the necessary tests were performed prior to Golive to ensure the complete operation of the store.
